Matakana Green
This home was a challenge being HOME STAR 10 rating. Design specifically to pass this high rating. The specs the claddings, windows, flooring and insulation.
Top of Cowans Bay
This home was one of the more technically challenging homes I have done. My client wanted views from all rooms and didn’t like straight walls or standard claddings. With their stunning vista’s it made sense to create something different. They wanted the pool floating in the front of their living space so they looked over it to the views.
Views all year round
This home was designed specifically for a site on the beach with tidal setbacks and rebuilding over the clients existing building site. They wanted light and views you could watch at all times of the year. They made this lovely home from Rammed earth including the spine wall inside their home.

Street of homes Riverhead. While working in Riverhead I designed several homes in one street. All families with different needs but all had the same vision about the area so they stamped their style in their homes and they are all very different and 3 had Minor dwellings attached.
