INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR 360 VIEWS

Now we have designed and built your future home you have the option to decorate your living space. We can do this for you or use your colour schedule. Once decorated we can put a camera in the living area to create a 360 spin. You will then receive a link to view your 360 spin which you can save or forward onto family and friends. Check out the 360 examples below

WALKTHROUGH

Now we have designed, built and decorated your future home we can create a walkthrough/flyover. This tool can be helpful if you have a difficult site or a complicated roof line. It is also useful to visualise and understand the layout and the feel of your new home. Check out the example video

Chief Architect® 3D VIEWER – WEB APP / MOBILE APP TO SHARE 3D MODELS

3D Viewer models are interactive virtual reality models that can be viewed on a phone, tablet or web page which you can download free – available for both Apple and Android devices. This is a great way to help you or your client to visualise the design.

This may take a minute to load the model.
Once loaded click on Rendering Techniques and click Standard for a better quality visual.

DESIGN AND BUILD

Design and Build start with evaluating your site; including any issues such as Environment, Tanks, Septics, Slope, Trees, and any other Obstructions. We would plan the positioning of your home to include any views or outlooks important to you. This can be an on-site meet or via Zoom with videos and photos of your section. After establishing the above conditions we would hold a design brief meeting. This meeting would include discussions around Exterior Style, Products, Materials and Layout to suit you and your family. We can use your site photos for a backdrop and render them with your virtual home to give a realistic feel. See the example below of this client’s beautiful waterfront property.
